Adult Women's Workshop Programs

Weekly Workshops: Tues & Sat, 10am - noon

This workshop is designed and taught by women for women. This program is offered every Tuesday and Saturday 10am - Noon. Our expert instructors will help you become a confident skier/rider using a unique approach that concentrates on both the physical and mental aspects of the sport.

Cost for each workshop: $30(Tues.) or $50 (Sat.)

Full-Day Women’s Workshops:

Full-day women's workshops include 4 hours of instruction from 10-12 pm and 1-3 pm with the same instructor, all mountain lift ticket and lunch. They are available in a two-day programs on special dates during the winter. The two-day program includes a Welcome Reception.   If you are looking for an enjoyable way to spend two days and learn a lot on the slopes of Mount Sunapee, this is the program for you.

Available 2009 dates are: January 10-11 & 24-25, February 7-8, March 7-8.
